Step 1. Recruitment process
1) Notice about recruitment for departures of the University staff in purpose to teach related to next academic year will be available in first days of June on the website of International Affairs Department and in the ISAPS system. The term of accepting applications related to departures in the next academic year is the 15th of July.
2) Applying to the scheme consists of handling the submission of staff departure to the University's Coordinator of Erasmus+. It is obligatory to attach justification for choosing a concrete foreign university to the application.
3) Selection of qualified to departure is made by recruitment committee under the chairmanship of Chancellor of WSG. Other committee members: President of International Affairs Department and the University's Coordinator of Erasmus+. Workers qualified for departure must be employees of the sending University. The base of employment should be an employment contract or civil law contract. The University may decide about preferential treatment of workers employed by an employment contract, workers who have not participated in Erasmus+ and LLP Erasmus scheme and workers, whose previous departures to Erasmus+ and LLP-Erasmus had a significant influence on developing cooperation of WSG with foreign institutions and enhancement of the level of internationalization of WSG.
4) Candidates will be informed by email about the results of recruitment in the last days of September.
5) Qualified candidates should care about health insurance before departure. The University recommends applying to Wojewódzki Oddział Narodowego Funduszu Zdrowia for issuing the European Card of Health Insurance.
Step 2. Applying to a foreign university.
1) After receiving information about qualifying for departure, a Member of the staff should contact a chosen university to determine details of staying, including the term of visit and timetable of teaching.
2) Staying of an academic teacher at a foreign university should last a minimum of 2 days (including 2 nights stay) and involving at least 8 hours of classes. The University suggests 5-days departures.
3) The University recommends applying to Wojewódzki Oddział Narodowego Funduszu Zdrowia for issuing the European Card of Health Insurance.
Step 3. Signing and agreement between a worker and WSG
1) After determining details of departure with a partner university, one should visit the University's Coordinator of Erasmus+ to sign an agreement.
2) There is a scholarship available for academic teachers leaving dependent on destination and staying length. The scholarship is paid in cash immediately after signing an agreement.
Step 4. Departure for a foreign university.
1) During his stay, a worker may turn to the Erasmus+ Office in that university or contact International Affairs Department with important issues.
2) Worker is obliged to promote WSG at a foreign university, suggest new forms of cooperation, for example, in common projects, and participating in Erasmus+ scheme to students and workers after the return.
Step 5. Formalities after the return.
1) To get credit from departure for training as part of the Erasmus+ programme, one must present the full set of documents signed by a foreign university: Teaching program and Confirmation letter.
2) To the email, given in the process of recruitment, a worker will also obtain a link to the Erasmus survey.

3)Every worker is obliged to prepare a report with a photo from departure for the internal needs of the University. Link to model report.
